Where feedback shows up
- Orders table — a heart rating and any comment show inline on each order that’s been rated.
- Customers table — an average rating column per buyer, so you can spot who’s rated you consistently well (or not) across multiple orders.
- Order slide-out / customer panel — per-order hearts and comment text when you open a specific order or customer.
- Sales → Overview: Feedback Score card — your average rating over your last 100 ratings, with repeat buyers this month in the subtext. It highlights in red if a sub-5 rating has come in within the last 7 days, so a bad rating doesn’t sit unnoticed.
- Sales → Customers: Avg Feedback tile — the average rating for the period you’re viewing, with rating count and response rate.
Step 1: Let a sync run
Feedback is pulled in automatically as part of your regular sync — there’s no separate toggle to turn it on. If you haven’t synced recently, the numbers above will lag.Step 2: Check the Feedback Score card first
For a quick daily glance, Sales → Overview is the fastest read: one number, trending, with a clear flag if something recent needs attention.Step 3: Go to Customers for a per-buyer view
If you want to know a specific buyer’s history rather than your store-wide average, Sales → Customers sorts by average rating, and the customer slide-out shows the actual comments left on each of their orders.Backfill your feedback history
Feedback import through regular syncs only picks up ratings as they come in going forward. To pull in your full historical feedback:- Go to Settings → Sync → Import Historical Data.
- Click the Feedback import button — it’s a single click, no date range needed.
- Hoard queues the backfill task and works through it in the background; a progress bar shows status.
