A pull sheet is a print-friendly page with one QR code per game (and per shipping tier within a game), so each person on your packing floor can scan their own row and start pulling. Here’s how to get to it.

Step 1: Make sure you have an active pull session

A pull sheet is generated from a pull session, not straight from your open orders. If you don’t have one running yet, go to Sales > Pulls and click Start Pull first. See how to start and run a pull session if you haven’t done this before. If you go directly to /pull without an active session, Hoard shows an empty state pointing you back to the dashboard instead of a sheet.

Step 2: Open the pull sheet

You can get to the pull sheet from three places:
  • Today tab — if you have an active pull, the active-pull card shows an Open Pull Sheet button
  • Sales > Pulls — the active session card has the same Open Pull Sheet link
  • Morning digest email — when there are orders to pull, the digest includes a Print pull sheet link that goes straight to /pull
All three take you to the same dispatcher page.

Step 3: Read the sheet

The dispatcher page shows one row per game, and per shipping class within that game — for example Magic · Tracked and Magic · PWE as separate rows. Each row has:
  • Its own QR code
  • Order count and card count for that queue
  • Dollar total and oldest-order time
  • A Print slips link for that row’s packing slips
Games appear in a fixed order — Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Pokemon Japan, One Piece, Magic, then everything else alphabetically — so the printed stack always comes out in the same sequence.

Step 4: Print

Use your browser’s print dialog, or click Print everything to print the QR cover sheet plus every game’s tracked and PWE slip stack in one pass, ready to auto-print. Hand each printed row to the person pulling that game.

Step 5: Hand off to pullers

Whoever is pulling scans the QR code on that row with any phone or tablet — no app install, no login. They land on a tablet view scoped to just that game (and shipping class), showing card images, condition, and shipping priority for each order in the queue.

If the sheet looks wrong

  • Missing orders — a pull sheet only reflects the orders that were captured when the pull session started. Orders placed after that are saved for the next pull, not added mid-session.
  • A cancelled order still shows — if an order refresh runs after you opened the sheet and finds a cancelled order, the tablet view drops it and shows a “N cancelled removed” note, but a sheet already printed on paper won’t update itself. Reprint if that matters for your count.
  • Wrong shipping tier row — tier is based on your account’s tracking threshold (Settings > Pricing > Tracking threshold). If PWE and Tracked orders are landing in the wrong bucket, check that setting.
