Quick Add
Quick Add lets you add cards to your inventory by browsing sets and clicking the cards you own. No CSV export, no file upload, just pick a game, find the set, and click.
How to get there
Click Quick Add in the toolbar at the top of the dashboard, or go directly to /collect.
Pick a game and set
Use the tabs at the top to switch between Magic, Pokemon, Pokemon JP, and One Piece. Sets are grouped by era (2025-2026, 2020-2024, etc.) so you can find what you’re looking for quickly. Type in the filter box to search by set name.
Click a set to see its cards.
The card grid
Magic cards lay out in five columns by color (White, Blue, Black, Red, Green), sorted by rarity with mythics at the top. Gold, Colorless, and Land cards appear as rows below the columns.
Pokemon and other games use a flat grid sorted by rarity.
Click a card to add one copy. Click again or use the +/- stepper to adjust the quantity. A preview of the card appears in the sidebar when you hover.
Reviewing and submitting
Your picks appear in the sidebar on the right. When you’re ready, click Review & Add to see a confirmation modal with thumbnails, conditions, and quantities. Confirm to add everything to your inventory. Hoard prices the new rows immediately using your current pricing rules, so they are ready for your next sync or publish pass without needing a separate Mass Reprice.
Condition
The default condition is Near Mint (NM). Change it with the condition buttons in the sidebar (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG). Every card you add uses the selected condition.
If you are not sure which condition to pick, open the Card Conditioning Guide. It walks through one yes-or-no question at a time and errs toward the safer lower grade.
Keyboard shortcuts
| Key | Action |
|---|
| Arrow keys | Move between cards |
| Enter / Space | Add the selected card |
| Delete | Remove the selected card |
| Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z | Undo the last action |
| / | Jump to the search box |
Variant grouping
Cards with multiple printings (showcase, borderless, extended art) show a small badge with the variant count. Click it to expand and see all versions side by side.
Your picks persist
If you close the tab or navigate away, your selections are saved in your browser. Come back later and they’ll still be there.
Publishing to TCGplayer
Once you’ve added cards, you can publish them as real TCGplayer listings without leaving Hoard.
A banner appears at the top of the Quick Add page showing how many cards are waiting to be listed and their estimated value. Click Publish and those cards will be included in your next agent sync. Hoard reprices the publishable rows one more time before handing them to the agent, and the agent creates the listings on TCGplayer for you.
After TCGplayer confirms the listings, Hoard automatically retires the Quick Add entries and replaces them with the live synced records. You don’t need to clean anything up.
What happens if the agent retries? Each card is only sent to TCGplayer once. If the agent retries an export, published cards won’t be duplicated.
Can I publish while a sync is running? No. Hoard will ask you to wait until the current sync finishes to avoid conflicts.
What if a card doesn’t have a SKU mapping? The publish banner will tell you how many cards were skipped. Cards without a known English TCGplayer SKU can’t be listed automatically. This is most common for very new or obscure printings.
Available games
Quick Add currently works for Magic, Pokemon, Pokemon Japan, and One Piece. More games are coming.
