Email Notifications

Hoard sends four types of emails. All of them are optional, and each one has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Manage your notification preferences in Settings > Account.

Morning digest

A daily email summarizing what happened overnight. Arrives around 8-9am in your timezone (configurable in Settings). What’s in it:
  • Sync summary — when your last sync ran and whether it succeeded
  • Top movers — the biggest price changes in your inventory
  • Recent orders — new orders since the last digest
  • Outcome stats — value captured and time saved
  • Locked cards — how many cards are price-locked and how old the oldest lock is
  • Action items — anything that needs your attention (agent offline, large price drops)
The digest only sends if your email is verified. If you haven’t clicked the verification link in your welcome email, Hoard won’t send digests (this keeps our email deliverability healthy for everyone).

Turn it on or off

Go to Settings > Account > Notifications and toggle “Daily Digest Email.”

Weekly digest

A Monday-morning email that recaps your last 7 days. Includes total orders and revenue, how your inventory value changed over the week, cumulative Value Captured and Time Saved, and your top movers with sparkline charts. The weekly digest is independent from the daily. Turn either one on or off in Settings > Account > Notifications without affecting the other. On Mondays, the weekly replaces the daily so you only get one email. If your agent was offline for part of the week and there isn’t enough data to calculate inventory value accurately, Hoard skips that section instead of showing misleading numbers.

Agent health alerts

If your sync agent hasn’t checked in for more than 24 hours, Hoard sends you an email to let you know. This catches cases where your computer is off, the agent crashed, or your TCGplayer session expired without you noticing.
  • Fires once, then not again for 7 days (won’t spam you)
  • Only sends if you have auto-sync turned on
  • Only sends if your email is verified
No action needed to enable this. It’s on by default for all Pro users.

Onboarding emails

A short 3-email sequence during your first two weeks as a new user:
DayEmailWhat it covers
3Agent setup nudgeReminder to install the agent if you haven’t yet (skipped if you already synced)
7Feature overviewMovers, pricing rules, repricing
14Advanced featuresMass Reprice, rollback, per-card rules
These stop automatically after day 14. They also respect your digest opt-out, if you’ve turned off notifications, you won’t get onboarding emails either.
