Step 1: Select the orders
Go to Sales > Orders. Check the box on each order you’ve packed, or use the select-all checkbox for the current page.Step 2: Click Mark as Shipped
The button is on the Orders tab toolbar. It relabels itself with your selection count — “Mark 3 Shipped,” for example — and stays clickable even with nothing selected, so clicking with an empty selection just tells you to pick orders first rather than sitting greyed out.Step 3: Hoard marks the orders optimistically
Clicking the button marks the selected orders shipped in Hoard right away. Behind the scenes:- Orders that are already shipped or otherwise fulfilled on TCGplayer are skipped automatically — you won’t double-email a buyer.
- The rest get queued for your Hoard agent to push the “Shipped” status to TCGplayer on its next pass.
Step 4: The agent pushes the status to TCGplayer
If your order data is fresh (a recent sync has run), the agent dispatches the push right away. If it’s stale, the mark stays pending until a sync brings order data current, so Hoard never pushes a status change against out-of-date information. Once TCGplayer confirms the order is shipped and a later sync imports that status, Hoard reconciles: the pending mark clears because the order’s real status now agrees with what you set.Understanding the pending state
An order you’ve marked shipped but that TCGplayer hasn’t confirmed yet shows as pending — you set the status locally, and it’s waiting on the agent (and TCGplayer) to catch up. This is expected for the few minutes between your click and the next sync, not an error. If an order sits in pending for an unusually long time, check that your agent is running and syncing — a stalled agent is the most common cause. See Sync Failures if syncs aren’t completing.PWE vs tracked orders
- PWE orders (plain white envelope, no tracking) are exactly what this bulk action is for — there’s no tracking number to upload, so marking shipped is the whole step.
- Tracked orders usually get their tracking number uploaded automatically once you buy a label through an integration like ShippingEasy, which flips them to shipped on TCGplayer as part of that flow. See how to add tracking to a TCGplayer order. Mark as Shipped still works on tracked orders if you’re not using an integration and are uploading tracking some other way.
