How it works
The Hoard Agent runs on your computer and uses browser automation to interact with your seller portal on your behalf. It exports your inventory data, uploads it to Hoard’s server, downloads price updates, and imports them back.
All automation runs on your machine, using your credentials, on your behalf. Hoard never stores your marketplace password on its servers.

Your TCGplayer password stays on your computer. The agent reads it from a local file and types it into TCGplayer’s login page in a real browser — exactly the way you would. Hoard’s servers never receive, store, or transmit your marketplace credentials.

Hoard is fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data, and you can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

The Hoard Agent runs locally on your machine. It only adjusts prices — it never deletes listings, changes quantities, or creates new ones. Every price change is logged on your dashboard so you can see exactly what was changed. The browser engine is open source — you can read every line of code it runs.

Automatic syncing is 100% optional. You can run the agent manually whenever you want, pause it at any time, or turn off auto-sync entirely. Nothing happens without your permission.
