Hoard records who added each card, so you can see each employee’s volume and trace a card back to the person who brought it in. For setup, see Team and employee logins.

Team volume

Team volume counts the cards each person added through Collect and Import Scans.
  1. Open Settings > Team.
  2. Click Volume in the Team card.
  3. Pick 7d, 30d, or 90d.
Each person gets one row. Click Team at the top to go back. Staff open Your volume from the Collect header and see only their own row.

Card intake history

  1. Open a card in your dashboard so its detail panel slides out.
  2. Expand Hoard intake history.
Each row says what happened and who did it, such as “Scan addition” or “Manual addition”. If a different person committed the cards, the row adds “Committed by” and a name. Scan rows link to Inspect scan and manual additions link to Inspect intake batch. Only the owner sees this. Older additions may have no record, and the history can’t tell you which physical copy was sold.

Pull recap email

Turn on the Pull Recap toggle under Settings > Notifications. It’s off by default. When a pull ends, Hoard emails orders done, cards pulled, time, and anything that needs a second look. If an employee started the pull, the email goes to them and you’re copied. If you started it, it goes to you. The recap and the pull wrapup page show, for each game split into PWE and Tracked, orders, cards, time per order, time per card, and who pulled it. Paused time doesn’t count.

Pull times

The pull sheet asks Who’s pulling? Pullers tap their name, type one under Someone else, or tap Skip for now. The phone or tablet remembers the choice for 30 days, and staff signed in to Hoard are recorded automatically. Pullers still need no login or app. The puller is recorded for each game queue when someone taps Mark done. If two people work one game, whoever taps it gets the credit.
  1. Open Sales > Pulls and click Pull times.
  2. Pick 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
  3. Under Pullers, compare each bar with the store marker. A bar past the marker is slower than the store.
  4. Tap a name to see that person’s time per card over time next to the store’s line, their games, and their recent pulls.
If the store averages 14 seconds per card on One Piece PWE and one puller averages 25, that puller is where to start training. Their line on Over time shows whether they get faster after you do. This is an example, not customer data. The report is on every plan. Staff see only Your pull times. Team volume also has a Pulls table with orders, cards, and average time per order per person. Pulls from before this release have no puller. Timing is per game queue, not per order, and Hoard doesn’t link a refund or wrong pick to a person. See Notifications and Run a pull session.
