If a price update went out wrong — a rule change was too aggressive, a preset was applied by mistake — Hoard can revert your prices back to what they were before a specific sync. Rollback works from snapshots Hoard takes automatically, so there’s nothing to set up in advance.

Step 1: Find the sync you want to undo

Go to your sync history and find the sync (or “Price update” entry) whose prices you want to revert. Hoard captures a snapshot of every card’s price before each sync’s price step runs, so any completed sync is a valid rollback point.

Step 2: Open Rollback

From the sync history entry, open the rollback option. You can revert the full batch or cherry-pick individual cards if only some of the changes were wrong.

Step 3: Preview before you commit

Rollback shows a preview of what will change — which cards, and what their prices will go back to — before anything is pushed. Review it the same way you’d review a normal price update.

Step 4: Choose full revert or cherry-pick

  • Full revert reverts every card touched by the chosen sync back to its pre-sync price.
  • Cherry-pick lets you select individual cards from the batch to revert, leaving the rest of the sync’s changes in place.
Rollback is scoped to a single product line at a time, so a Magic rollback won’t touch your Pokemon prices from the same sync.

Step 5: Execute the rollback

Confirm the rollback. It pushes the reverted prices back to TCGplayer the same way a normal price update does, and the change is logged in your sync/attribution history so you can see it was a rollback rather than a fresh reprice.

Custom and photo listings

Cards with no TCGplayer product ID (custom or photo listings) are included in rollback too — their snapshots are tracked separately since they don’t have a TCGplayer SKU to key on, but they revert and export in the same batch as everything else.

If a card doesn’t show up to revert

Rollback only has a snapshot for syncs after the feature started tracking that card. A card added or first priced after your chosen sync won’t have an earlier snapshot to revert to. Also check you’re looking at the right product line — the rollback list only shows cards from the sync’s own scope.
