# How to track your TCGplayer refund rate over time

> Where to see your refund rate as a share of gross sales in Hoard, and how to watch it trend over time.

Hoard shows your refund rate as part of the Sales tab, scoped to whatever time window you're looking at, so you can see whether refunds are trending up or holding steady without digging through raw order data.

## Step 1: Open the Sales tab

Go to **Sales → Overview**. A row of period pills sits above the summary cards — Today, 7d, 30d, 90d, and longer windows depending on your plan.

## Step 2: Read the Refunds card

The **Refunds** card shows refunded dollars for the selected window, with your refund rate — refunds as a share of gross sales — shown alongside it. Switch the period pill to compare, say, this 30-day window against the last one, or this month against last month.

## Step 3: Check the monthly table for a longer trend

Below the summary cards, the chart and monthly table break out gross sales, net sales after fees, refunds, and order history over time, so you can see month over month whether refunds are creeping up as a share of what you're selling.

## Step 4: Drill into what's driving it, on the Returns subtab

Go to **Sales → Returns** for the detail behind the headline number: refunded-order count, full versus partial split, repeat refunders, and your top refunded game, filterable by date range and refund origin (buyer, TCGplayer, or seller-initiated). The stat cards, by-game breakdown, and restock pull sheet on this subtab need a paid plan or active trial; the refund-order table itself is available on every plan.

## If you want a daily signal instead

The daily digest email includes a refund byline under the Sales figures, benchmarked against your own 7-day average — useful if you want a lightweight daily check rather than opening the dashboard.

## What Hoard doesn't have (yet)

There's no dedicated refund-rate chart separate from the figures above — the rate is the Refunds card's subtext and the monthly table's refund column, not its own standalone graph. If that's what you're picturing, this is currently the closest thing.
