# How to set up your TCGplayer store profile and banner

> How to customize your TCGplayer storefront name, banner, and about text.

Your store profile is what a buyer sees when they click through to your storefront instead of just a single listing — your store name, a banner image, and an about section. It's worth filling in even if most of your sales come from individual product pages, since buyers checking a seller before ordering will land here.

## Step 1: Open your store profile settings

In the seller settings area of your TCGplayer portal, find the store profile or storefront section — usually near your store policies.

## Step 2: Set your store name

Pick a name buyers will recognize and that represents your store consistently. This is generally visible everywhere your listings show up, not just on the storefront page itself.

## Step 3: Upload a banner image

Add a banner image for your storefront. Check the image size and format the upload field expects before you export a final version — the exact dimensions accepted are shown in the upload field itself and are worth confirming there rather than assuming.

## Step 4: Write your about section

Add a short description of your store — what you sell, how long you've been selling, anything that builds buyer trust. Keep it factual; this isn't the place for policy language, which belongs in your store policies instead.

## Step 5: Save and view as a buyer

Save your changes and open your storefront the way a buyer would to confirm the banner and text are rendering the way you expect.
