# Find your repeat TCGplayer customers with an AI assistant

> Ask Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex which TCGplayer buyers keep coming back, then use Hoard's private buyer ratings to make the next order decision with context.

Your order history already has the answer to "who keeps buying from me" — it just usually takes a spreadsheet to pull out. A connected assistant can answer it directly, then you can open that buyer's Hoard profile to see the order history, notes, and your private rating in one place.

If you have not connected an assistant yet, start with [Talk to your store](/talk-to-your-store). This guide is a safe, read-only way to prove it can see your store before you ask it to help with pricing.

## Step 1: Ask

> "Who are my repeat customers?"

or more specific versions of the same question:

> "Has anyone bought from me more than twice?"
> "What percentage of my revenue comes from my top 10 buyers?"

These are all reads, pulled from your order history, so nothing changes and there's no risk in asking.

## Step 2: Read the answer

Expect a list of buyers with order counts and, for the revenue-share question, a percentage of total revenue attributable to your top buyers. This is drawn from order data Hoard already has. It is not a contact list you can message from, but Hoard does keep a seller-side buyer profile: order history, notes, and a private buyer rating for your own future order decisions.

## Step 3: Add your private buyer rating in Hoard

When a name needs more context than an order count, open **Sales → Customers**, select the buyer, and use the stars in the customer panel to set your own 1–5-star rating. Hoard can also suggest a rating from captured feedback, refunds, and order history; your manual rating takes precedence, and clearing it returns the profile to Hoard's suggestion.

This is a private seller tool. It does **not** change the feedback the buyer left for you on TCGplayer, publish anything about the buyer, or contact them.

Use it for a factual next-order decision: for example, whether a repeat buyer has consistently been easy to serve, whether you want to review their prior orders before shipping, or whether a note would save your team time next time. Keep ratings and notes specific to your own transaction history.

## Step 4: Narrow it

> "Just the ones who bought in the last 3 months."
> "Sort by total spend instead of order count."
> "Which repeat buyers have a low Hoard rating or a prior refund I should review?"

The assistant can read the customer and order data already in Hoard, including the context available on those records. It cannot set or change your private buyer rating for you — that control stays in the customer panel.

## What this doesn't include

The assistant is reading what's in your order history and customer data — buyer identifiers, purchase records, and the context Hoard has captured for that buyer. It cannot tell you anything TCGplayer itself doesn't expose, such as contact details beyond the order, and it cannot message buyers, change their TCGplayer feedback, or edit your private buyer rating. Those boundaries are intentional.

## Make the next repeat order easier

Ask the assistant to identify the buyers worth opening, then use **Sales → Customers** to add the context only you have. A quick private rating or factual note turns a repeat-customer report into a better-informed seller decision the next time their order appears.
