# How to add tracking to a TCGplayer order

> How to get a tracking number onto a TCGplayer order manually, through ShippingEasy, or through TCGTracking for plain envelopes.

There are three ways a tracking number ends up on a TCGplayer order when you're selling through Hoard, depending on how you ship. Pick the one that matches the order.

## Tracked or Expedited orders: automatic, via ShippingEasy

If you've connected ShippingEasy, this is hands-off:

1. On the pull page, push a single game's tracked orders with its **Push \[Game] Tracked to ShippingEasy** button, or push everything at once with **Push all Tracked to ShippingEasy** (also on the Pulls tab's active-session card). To push a hand-picked batch instead, select rows on the Orders tab and click **Push to ShippingEasy** in the Labels control.
2. Buy and print the label in ShippingEasy like you normally would.
3. Hoard checks ShippingEasy in the background every 10 minutes. As soon as a label is bought, Hoard picks up the tracking number and carrier and uploads it to TCGplayer, which flips the order to shipped automatically.

You can turn the automatic upload off (tracking still flows into Hoard, but you upload it yourself with a one-click CSV) with the **Auto-ship on TCGplayer** toggle on the ShippingEasy card in **Settings → Integrations**. See [Connect ShippingEasy](/connect-shippingeasy) for full setup steps.

For the full shipping day end to end, see [Automate TCGplayer shipping with ShippingEasy](/tutorials/automate-tcgplayer-shipping-with-shippingeasy).

## Tracked orders without ShippingEasy: manual entry on TCGplayer

If you're not using ShippingEasy, upload or enter the tracking number the same way you always have — through TCGplayer's own seller portal order management screen, or through whatever label provider you use that posts tracking to TCGplayer directly. Hoard doesn't attempt to write a manual tracking number for you outside the ShippingEasy path described above.

## Plain white envelope (PWE) orders: TCGTracking

PWE orders usually ship without a real carrier tracking number. If you've connected [TCGTracking](/features/order-tracking), Hoard shows a delivery-status badge on these orders anyway, sourced from USPS's Intelligent Mail Barcode scans rather than a traditional tracking number:

1. Connect TCGTracking once in **Settings → Integrations**.
2. Print your envelopes with the barcode as usual.
3. Hoard fetches status in the background as you view an order — Awaiting scan, Accepted, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered.

This does not count as tracking on TCGplayer itself — it's a visibility tool for you and a link you can hand a buyer who asks where their order is, not something TCGplayer accepts as fulfilling a tracking requirement.

## Why tracking sometimes looks stale

Hoard's tracking badges refresh when you look at an order, not on a constant background schedule, and a delivered package stops refreshing entirely since there's nothing left to check. If a badge looks out of date, opening the order forces a fresh check.

If a ShippingEasy push shows up in the needs-fix list on your Visual Pull page instead of clearing normally, the badge tells you what's wrong — an unverified address, a rejected push, or an unrecognized carrier. Push again after fixing an address or rejected push. Fix carrier and label problems on the existing order in ShippingEasy instead.
