# Manual Price Lock

> Pin a card's price so syncs and repricing leave it alone.

Lock any card's price to a specific number. While locked, syncs and Preview Prices skip it entirely. The price stays where you put it until you unlock it.

## How to lock a price

1. Go to the **Cards** tab
2. Click the **TARGET** price for any card
3. Type the price you want (or use the quick-adjust buttons: -25%, -5%, +5%, +25%)
4. Press Enter

The price locks immediately. A lock icon and age indicator ("4d ago") appear next to the price.

## What "locked" means

| What | Effect |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Sync cycles** | Locked cards are not repriced. Hoard still exports them, but their target price doesn't change. |
| **Preview Prices** | Locked cards are excluded from the preview entirely. |
| **Pricing rules** | Even if a rule matches the card, the lock overrides everything. |

The lock stays until you remove it.

## Unlocking

Click the lock icon next to the price. The card goes back to automatic pricing and will be repriced on the next sync.

## Finding locked cards

Click **Filters** in the Cards tab toolbar, toggle **Price Locked** on, and click **Apply**. The table filters to show only your locked cards with their lock ages.

## In the morning digest

If you have the morning email turned on, locked cards get their own section showing the count and how old the oldest lock is. A gentle reminder to review them periodically.
